Within weeks, he became the company's sales manager. He ascended to Operations Manager, then Branch Manager and then Regional Operations Manager. In time, he and several partners left to start their own service business, and in just four short years, grew that business' sales from 0 to $24 million. After selling the business to a consolidator, he took a break from the contracting industry and successfully owned and operated several small service companies. Inevitably, he ventured back to his contracting roots and took a position as Director of People Services and later Director of Training & Development for a Fortune 300 company. Today, he is Director Franchise Learning and Performance.

Through Clockwork she became well educated in teaching and coaching clients on implementing better business practices. A believer in consistent double digit net profits; Michelle has helped contracting companies achieve top line and bottom line business growth. With a strong focus on training, better business operation practices and strategic purchasing practices; she has gained vast knowledge on better approaches for achieving superior growth and profit levels. Michelle is currently the Director of The Success Profit Network (SPN). SPN is a unique online weekly training division dedicated to teaching technicians and sales people real world sales and communication techniques. SPN provided employee's greater focus on the customer and the aptitude to deliver superior customer service consistently. The goal of SPN is to help employees achieve sustained high performance levels long term. Under her leadership, Michelle has achieved consistent division top-line and bottom-line financial growth. Michelle has a consistent track record of successful ventures throughout her career; and has a strong passion for working with contractors to ensure their future success. Michelle was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She currently resides in Bradenton, Florida.
